On the new year, the State Bank of India (SBI) has taken out more than 8000 bumper recruitments for Junior Associate (Custmer Support and Sales) positions in the clerical cadre. SBI has released the notification on its official website. Graduate candidates from any stream can apply for this vacancy. Let us know that the candidates who have graduated from any government or recognized university of India can apply to these posts, the candidates who have IDD (Integrated Dual Degree) certificate should ensure that they pass the IDD Date must be before 01.01.2020. The date of eligibility determination has been set as January 1, 2020.

Note- Pre exam for these posts is likely to be held in February / March 2020. The main examination will be held on 19 April 2020.
The minimum age limit is 20 years and maximum 28 years. Age will be calculated from January 1, 2020, i.e. candidates who have not been born before 02.01.1992 and after 01.01.2000. SC, ST category candidates will be given 5 years relaxation in the maximum age limit, 3 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD candidates.
Where how much vacancy
There are more than 8000 vacancies in all the states across the country. Uttar Pradesh has the highest number of 865 recruitments. There are 510 vacancies in Madhya Pradesh, 190 in Chhattisgarh, 143 in Delhi, 500 in Rajasthan, 230 in Bihar and 45 vacancies in Jharkhand.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of two online written tests (preliminary and main examination) and local language. Only those who pass the prelims will get entry in the main examination. In the local language, the test of how strong the candidate’s grip is will also be taken.
No Zero will be payable for SC / ST / PWD / XS candidates whereas General / OBC / EWS candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 750. Fees can be paid by debit card, credit card, internet banking.
Final selection and merit
Prelims exam numbers will not be included in the final selection merit. Merit will be made only on the basis of the marks of the Mains exam. 50 percent (state category wise) of the total vacancy will also be made.
